The WoWoland Hong Kong Limited - Terms & Condiions on Delivery Policy
Important Message:
Customer is responsible on ensuring the correct delivery address. Goods cannot be returned once they are sent.
Shipment and Delivery Dates for Pre-Order Products:
For pre-order items, the shipment date is calculated from the order date and falls within 30 to 45 days. The orders will be shipped in the sequence of the order dates.
Shipment and Delivery Dates for In-Stock Products:
For in-stock items, the shipment date is calculated from the order date and falls within 7 to 10 days. The orders will be shipped in the sequence of the order dates.
Local Delivery Service - Hong Kong:
All Hong Kong orders will be shipped using SF Express. Orders over HKD $500 are eligible for free shipping, otherwise a shipping fee of HKD$30 will be charged (excluding remote areas).
Local Delivery Service - Macau:
All Macau orders will be shipped using SF Express. Orders over HKD $700 are eligible for free shipping, otherwise a shipping fee of HKD$40 will be charged.

1. The WoWoland will make every effort to ensure safe and secure packaging to protect fragile items. However, customers assume the risk of damage or loss during the delivery process.
2. Remote areas include: Ma Wan, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong Disneyland, Discovery Bay, Ngong Ping 360, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, and Lamma Island.
3. Delivery times may be subject to delays, suspensions, or rescheduling due to factors beyond The WoWoland's control, such as traffic, location, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. The WoWoland is not liable for any delays or rescheduling, regardless of the reasons within or beyond its control.
4. For changes in delivery address or date/time, or modifications to the original sales order, please contact The WoWoland Customer Service Department at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery, between 9 A.M. and 6 P.M. (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
