- No refunds are available.
- For product exchanges, please contact customer service within seven days of purchase.
- Proof of receipt or purchase is required. The exchange policy only applies to products purchased from boondog.com.hk or The WoWoland Pop-Up Store.
- The exchanged product must be in unused condition, with all packaging and tags intact, and should not have been cleaned.
- If the value of the exchanged product is higher than the original purchased product, the price difference needs to be paid.
- If the value of the exchanged product is lower than the original purchased product, the price difference will not be refunded.
- The exchanged product can be sent back or personally delivered to the collection box at the following address: Room 402, Yuen Yick Building, 27-29 Wellington Street, Central.
- If you choose to personally visit the Central office for the exchange, please inform customer service beforehand.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred due to the product exchange.
- The WoWoland Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
