Return Policy

The WoWoland Hong Kong Limited - Return & Exchange Policy and Procedure


The WoWoland Hong Kong Limited is the exclusive distributor of the Korean pet brand Boondog in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Please read carefully the return and exchange policy and procedure stated for each product before placing your order.


  • All Boondog products are non-refundable.
  • If an exchange is required, please contact customer service within seven days of purchase.
  • Keep your proof of purchase (such as a receipt or purchase confirmation). If a valid receipt cannot be presented, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange request.
  • The exchange policy applies only to products purchased through the official website — boondog.com.hk — or The WoWoland retail channels.
  • Items eligible for exchange must:
  • Be unwashed and unused, in brand-new condition with original packaging and all tags intact.
  • Exchanges cannot be processed under the following conditions:
    • Product damage caused by pets chewing or external force.
    • Damage due to improper use or unsuitable sizing for the pet.
    • Wash, alteration, or modification of the product.
    • Missing or damaged accessories.
    • Stains, odor, or dirt on the product.
    • Slight color differences between the product and its appearance on individual monitors due to screen brand or settings.
  • If the exchanged item's value is higher than the original, the price difference must be paid.
  • If the exchanged item's value is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
  • Products for exchange can be dropped off in person to The WoWoland self-service exchange boxes located in Central and Tin Hau.

Alternatively you may choose to have the exchange item(s) delivered via SF Express:

SF Store: 852P - Shop E, G/F, Hoi Shing Building, 141-155 Electric Road,1-1B Whitefield Road, Fortress Hill, Eastern District,Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong 

  • If you choose to exchange your item at Central or Tin Hau, please notify our customer service team in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred during the exchange process.
  • Requests for returns or exchanges under other circumstances will be handled individually, and The WoWoland reserves the right of final decision.
  • The return and exchange policy does not apply to discounted items, promotional exchange items, or complimentary gifts.

In the event of any disputes, The WoWoland Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
